Manufacturing Capability

There are different standardized components that can be used for safe and functional design in any construction. These machine elements are made either in stainless steel or steel. The surface protection can be selected. It can either be galvanized or uncoated.
The standard machine elements include the DIN 6885 which are parallel keys, DIN 6888 which are woodruff keys while the DIN 808 are cardan joints. DIN 15058 are axle holders while the DIN 705 are set collars. Taper keys that have a gip head are DIN 6887 while the DIN 268 and 271 are tangential keys.

Auto Lathe Turning
The single shaft cam-base automatic lathes are capable of massive production of brass, aluminum alloy, stainless steel components.

CNC Milling
4-axis and 5-axis machining centers are capable of complex structural parts.

Screw Heading & Rolling
The screw production lines finish the cold heading and thread rolling for small carbon steel or stainless steel screws.
Production range: M0.8-M6 or equivalent sized imperial screws
Stamping
Stamping machines perform the blanking, punching, blending, drawing. Currently we are working on simple stamping jobs.
